Our manufacturing locations in the U.S. and EMEA are operationally equipped to safely and consistently produce, package and deliver our high-performance products, scaled to your requirements. Shepherd facilities can operate reactions at temperatures from -30°C to 250°C, pressures up to 150 psig, and facilitate anhydrous or inert atmosphere processing. We offer several drying methods, calcining, and wet and dry milling technologies.

We invest with a long-term perspective to support our customer’s growth, whether that’s new equipment and process technology for new custom co-developed products or increased global capacity for existing products. Since 2016, Shepherd has invested in two new reactors and continuous processing for added production capacity in Middletown, OH, Norwood, OH, and Mirecourt, France.

Operational excellence has a personal touch at Shepherd.  In my 25+ year career in chemical manufacturing, Shepherd is the only place I’ve been where the people on the shop floor look at the order boards and make sure they know who they are making product for.  There’s a sense of pride and ownership in the quality and performance of everything they produce.
