Shepherd Widnes Site Expands Laboratory Facility
(Widnes, England) The Shepherd Widnes Facility has undertaken a significant expansion of its laboratory and characterization facilities. The £300,000 (GPB) expansion will expand the facility’s laboratory capability with respect to quality control, research and development, and environmental compliance. Paul Croft, the site manager, commented “We are pleased to make this investment in capability of the site. The new facilities will allow for improved capability and efficiency in our laboratories, this area of our business is where much of the science is developed so is a critical part of the development of our value proposition to the marketplace.”
