Our metal chemistry experts can modify the physical properties of materials to meet your specific requirements or make modifications to enhance the performance. Our aqueous capabilities allow us to deliver metals as solutions, crystals, or organic-soluble carboxylates. The properties of these materials can be varied to suit your particular use whether it’s size distribution or zeta potential of a solid powder; or tuning the density or viscosity of a metal carboxylate liquid.
Our technical expertise and experience allow us to tackle the complex engineering needed when scaling up processes. We work with you through scale-up to validate that what we discovered in the laboratory can be duplicated at full scale, where we experience 90% first-pound in-spec. When you work with Shepherd, you can expect a seamless transition from pilot plant to full-scale production and delivery.
